He loves RaeAnn. And one only has to watch how she looks at him and how their eyes smile all the way to their souls to know that RaeAnn loves John right back.  So he gave her a really pretty ring.

Oh I know it’s not that simple.  But really it is.

When you love someone, it’s that clear.  And it makes you smile.  Big. We all know someone who stepped with some air under their feet after they met their soulmate.  It’s something we can’t quite put our finger on, but it’s real.  When it happens, folks can tell.  I wasn’t around RaeAnn when she first met John, but I’m pretty sure she had that air under her feet.  And John, well he gave her that ring.

It’s easy to understand some of the reasons John loves RaeAnn.  It starts with her go-get-it personality, and her amazing work ethic.  Not to mention those blue eyes that tell you in less than one second that there isn’t a mean bone in this beauty’s body.  I’ve watched her grow from a stinking cute little girl posing here and there until I wore her out with pictures to this lovely lady you see today.  And on the opposite side, I found out pretty quickly a few of the reasons why RaeAnn has chosen John.  First is his easy going and friendly nature.  I instantly felt like I’d known him much longer than the actual ten minutes in real life.  We had a great time comparing teaching stories and I can tell John is someone who teaches students first, his subject matter second.  If you are a parent, that’s the teacher you want your kiddo to have.

RaeAnn and John, this session will always stand out to me.  You guys were simply amazing to photograph.  Your genuine laughter, smiles, and conversation was refreshing for me.  I can’t wait to photograph your wedding next June!!  Until then, remember that the love you share is one of life’s biggest blessings, and I’ll see you soon.                           Love,  Pat
