Austin and Whitney are getting married!!  And she’s wearing the prettiest ring to prove it.

I’ve known this couple since they were both in middle school.  Whitney has always been so intelligent, beautiful inside and out, and has the absolute sweetest personality.  She’s always found the best in everyone and her eyes smile all the way to her soul.  Austin was always a kind person and he was an excellent student too. While I couldn’t believe he’s old enough to already be teaching, I wasn’t surprised that he’s been teaching for a bit.  So while Whitney and Austin are successful on their own, together they are just amazing.  I’m so impressed with how much they love each other and how they both have goals and are looking to their future together.

We had the best time doing these engagement photos. I appreciate that Austin and Whitney were willing to do anything I asked, including walking a blue mile.  Barren River State Park has so many scenic options, but none of them are close together.  That meant we had plenty of time to catch up between locations.  And while it seems like these two were in middle school just last year, they’ve had several years of life between then and now.  I have to also add how above and beyond that Austin went to make sure we had what we needed to create memorable images for their session. We needed a red leaf and there wasn’t a red leaf to be found on the ground, so Austin climbed a tree to shake some out pretty leaves.  I think he likes making that pretty girl wearing his ring smile.

Whitney and Austin, I loved every second of photographing your engagement session last weekend.  You are such a beautiful and sweet couple.  I pray that your joy and love continues to grow and that every dream comes true.  I can’t wait to to see what your future holds.  Love and blessings,  Pat
