It feels like I’ve slept twice since these two were in middle school – and now Kayla is wearing a beautiful engagement ring.  That ring was given to her by the love of her life, and they are busy planning for a lifetime of love.

It’s just a bit over a year until they tie the knot, and we know that time is virtually flying.  Both Kayla and Logan will graduate from WKU next May, and shortly after – the next chapter of their lives will begin.  It’s easy to see why they are such an awesome couple – they each respect and appreciate the other.  I could quickly tell this from how they laughed together, and how they speak to and about each other.  Beyond the love – a marriage needs respect and appreciation of each other to make life a joy.  I love capturing moments that reflect how couples like Kayla and Logan feel about each other.

I hope that you two love your engagement photos, and I appreciate that you trusted me to capture this moment in time.  I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more open to doing anything I suggested.  Even though we would all agree that Friday was just a tad warm (HOT!!), you guys made it through like champs.  Your wedding will be here before you know it, and I can not wait to be there to photograph your vows.  Couples like you make what I do such a blessing.   Best wishes,    Pat
