Tori + Ty | A Late Spring Engagement Session at Centennial Park

Weddings Engagements

Tori and Ty met a couple of years ago when they were both attendants in a gorgeous wedding in Tompkinsville.

I happened to photograph that wedding, and had no clue that sparks were flying all around me.  But they clearly were.  And the rest is history.

BECAUSE they are the perfect couple.  I rode with them from Gallatin on down to Centennial, and instantly fell in love with them.  They are both so personable, have compatible goals in life, and adore each other endlessly.  It’s always the biggest blessing for me to find new friends, and since Tori is in the wedding industry through Regiss in Glasgow, we already have a common background.  She understands the insanely busy season that goes along with weddings.  And like me, she wouldn’t change a thing, including the perfect dress that she sneaked me a peek of on her phone.

I rarely am able to do sessions in Nashville, but they were able to do a Monday afternoon, and we made it work.  We thought it was going to rain, but for possibly the only time this spring, Mother Nature cooperated and the day was exactly the light we needed to capture the love these two have for each other. In addition, Ty even helped us come up with some poses, so that was a double win.  He was open for anything, and didn’t mind twirling, lifting, hugging, and kissing his future wife as many times as needed.  It’s an understatement to say that I was THRILLED with this session, and that I get to photograph them all over again in the fall.

Tori and Ty, I wish you an amazing summer of getting your home remodeled and all the events that go along with planning a wedding.  And I’ll see you at Cedar Crest at in October.  I hope you love these photos as much as I do.  Love and blessings,  Pat
