It RAINED! Are you shocked??? I wasn’t either. It’s the story of 2020; if it can go wrong it will. But life still moves right along, and we take lemons and make sweet lemonade.
That’s what Sierra did last Monday. Her mom had taken off work, and if possible it needed to happen. So it did, and we had a great time. Sierra was super pumped about her senior pictures, and she is incredibly photogenic. I love her can-do attitude and also how much she loves and appreciates her mom. I think most of us would say that we so often realize just how amazing our parents really were, and the sacrifices they made to raise us. But often that deep understanding of just what they would go through for us doesn’t happen until we are older and suddenly have an epiphany. Sierra has already had that; and it’s refreshing. Maybe it’s the medical scares she’s already had and how her mom has been the steady hand that’s led her through, or maybe she’s just intuitive. Either way, it was nice to see.
Sierra, you did an amazing job with your senior pictures, and I loved every second of photographing this session for you. Your zeal for life and genuine smiles is one of my favorite things about you. I hope you never lose that, and I wish you so much joy and success as you enter the next chapeters of your life. Keep enjoying every minute because it will fly through faster than you can imagine. Love and blessings, Pat
