I had so much fun doing the first half of Matthew’s Senior Session at ACS Football Field!
So this little kid who came to the middle school, he is NOT little any more!! He is FAR from that little kid. I’ve seen Matthew several times since he left JEBMS, but GEEZ this happened overnight. I’m pretty sure it has to do with all the work, lifting weights, practice, lifting weights… that Matthew is committed to doing every single week day. The dedication and sheer will power that is demanded in football is not something every young person can handle. I’m always so impressed when I see a guy give that work all he has, and then some.
I can tell that right now, football is Matthew’s life. And to be a powerhouse, that’s the way it has to be. When you think about life, everything worth having involves work, dedication, dreams, and a commitment. For those who are ready for the challenge, the reward is there. When your coach has good things to say, you know that your work is noticed. When I told Coach Hood I had photographed Matthew, he said this, “Matthew is a very hardworking kid. He takes his passion for football very seriously.” I couldn’t agree more!
Matthew, I can’t say enough how impressed I am of the young man you are. You left our school an adolescent, and the person I just photographed is a kind, respectful, and hardworking young man. I loved how you were involved with your pictures and appreciated the way they were turning out. I hope you have the best Senior year ever! -Pat
These clouds!! Wow – they made this photo shoot perfect. Not to mention how they cooled the air. No complaints on that either.
I appreciated how Matthew was willing to try anything we suggested. He was a great sport, and I hope these pictures convey his dedication to being a Patriot!
Safe to say that Everett thinks Matthew is pretty cool!!
And then Matt’s dad noticed the BEAUTIFUL sunset!!
Matthew, I hope you and the Patriots have an awesome season!!
