Their love is refreshing.

Laura and Bryan did not even know the other existed five years ago, but anyone who knows them has no doubt that they were meant for each other. Their wedding on August 31 felt more like July 31, with our “friend” humidity fully present; yet it was such a blessed day. All of us who witnessed this wedding understand.

Laura planned and worked toward their perfect day for months. It came together beautifully and reflected their joy and happiness with every detail. Even the sun set beautifully right on cue, and only it matched the glow of this beautiful couple. Every part of their day was beautiful!

Laura and Bryan, your joy makes me smile every time I think of your wedding. I know it feels that you could never love each other more, but you will. As the years roll by and you smile through the tears and pray through your fears, your love will grow. Laura’s dad, Randall, passed when she was a little girl. The blue heart is from his shirt, and his picture sat in his spot during the ceremony. It was a touching tribute to Laura’s first love.

MVP of the day goes to Laura’s sister, Amanda, who saw frantic looks and whispering. She deciphered those looks to mean THEY FORGOT BRYAN’S RING and flew back inside, tore the dressing room apart, and FOUND IT. Now THAT’S a great coordinator – and sister.

I can’t say enough how wonderful this bridal party was. They only looked at me twice, and then started down the hill to this beautiful area of shade. It was insanely hot, and by the time we reached this spot, we all had to catch our breath before we could think about posing for a photograph. They were troopers and were all about doing whatever it took to help Laura and Bryan celebrate their marriage.
