Austin and Bethany are the perfect match.

She’s the calm to his world; well she is literally his world.  These two have been together since high school. They have weathered a few storms, and certainly celebrated lots of successes.  Their common backgrounds and work ethics make them incredibly compatible, and the love they share is easy to see.  I’ve loved watching them grow up and become amazing adults who are paving their future together.

Austin’s reaction to his beautiful bride at their first look is something I will never forget.  It was nothing short of sweet, and that’s probably the first time I ever attached the word sweet to Austin Minix.  He has an amazing heart, and is a wonderful person, but I don’t think he would want to be identified as sweet, except for when it comes to Bethany.  And speaking of sweet, Bethany is top of the list.  She’s a lady in every sense of the word, but her farm girl, get it done mentality makes her a force to reckon with.  And when Austin fell for her, he’s never recovered, in the “sweetest” way of course.

Their wedding was in the middle of a stormy weekend, and more storms were forecast for that afternoon.  At the reception, we kept getting notifications that tornados had touched down here or there; some of them were uncomfortably close.  But what was literally amazing was that we were able to do ALL of their posed photos outside with beautiful scenery because Country Ridge has sidewalks.  We made it work, and my photographer heart was so happy, and I know Austin and Bethany were too.

Austin and Bethany, thank you for asking me to do your wedding!!  I was blessed to be there, and I wish you continued success and happiness in the years to come!
